Because each INGLYF piece is printed on demand, we follow a replacement‑first policy for verified production or delivery issues, rather than traditional try‑and‑return.

Eligible for free replacement

We’ll arrange a free replacement if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.

Proof required (for verification)

Please email us with:

  • Your order ID
  • An unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of the original packaging/courier cover

Without sufficient proof, we may not be able to validate the claim with our print partner.

Size & fit (before you order)

How to measure (body):
Chest: Wrap the tape under your armpits around the fullest part of your chest (snug, not tight).
Length: Measure from the high point of your shoulder down to where you want the hem to fall.

Use the “Size & Fit” section on each product page to choose the right size. Height hints assume a standard build; torso length and personal fit preference (regular vs relaxed/oversized) will vary.

Wrong size / change of mind

Since items are printed on demand, size exchanges and returns for preference reasons aren’t covered as free replacements. If you ordered the wrong size, you can place a new order (we recommend checking the size guide on the product page before purchase).

Lost / delayed shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, a refund can be issued once the shipping status confirms the loss. If delivery isn’t attempted within 15 days (Air) or 20 days (Surface), we can reproduce and re‑ship the order or process a refund based on the shipping status/confirmation.

Courier undelivered / RTO

If the courier can’t deliver and the shipment becomes Undelivered/RTO, the parcel is returned to the print partner’s default return address; custom return addresses aren’t supported in this workflow. Returned items may be held for up to 100 days for potential re‑ship actions (where applicable).

Print & color expectations

DTG prints can show minor color variance vs screen previews. A measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inch is considered standard for apparel.
